Holding a Ph.D. in Behavioral Economics from the University of Adelaide (Australia), she is a speaker, professor, and communications consultant. For more than a decade, she has worked in consumer behavior, sustainability, and health, with a focus on animal-source foods. She currently hosts the podcasts In Defense of Meat and The Agronauts, which debunk common myths about agribusiness, and is a 2026 Nuffield Brazil Scholar.
