Diana Rodgers

Diana Rodgers, RD, is a "real food" nutritionist who has spent years running a nutrition clinic, hosting the Sustainable Dish podcast, and speaking internationally on the intersection of optimal human nutrition, regenerative agriculture, and food justice.

She is the co-author of the book Sacred Cow: The Case for (Better) Meat and the director and producer of the corresponding documentary. Diana also founded the Global Food Justice Alliance, a non-profit organization that advocates for the inclusion of animal-sourced foods in food policies to support a more nutritious, sustainable, and equitable global food system.
