Fernando Queiroz
President of the Minerva group since 2007, he led the Company's strategy of expansion and geographical diversification and the creation of the group's related businesses, including Minerva Energy, Minerva Biodiesel, Minerva Ingredients, Minerva Casings, Minerva Leather, and MyCarbon, a subsidiary for the origination and commercialization of carbon credits. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV) and specialized in Owner President Management from Harvard University. He has worked at Minerva Foods since 1992, the year he took over as commercial director.
Today, Minerva Foods, a human nutrition company and the group's main brand, is a leader in beef exports in South America. With industrial units in Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Paraguay, and Uruguay, as well as specialized sheep processing plants in Australia, it exports to over 100 countries, employs more than 23,000 people, and supports approximately 15,000 producers worldwide.
